Q. How is the conference ensuring an inclusive and accessible environment?
A. We are prioritising the needs of our community, with a focus on both physical and virtual accessibility.
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment. We have consulted with our venue to make sure our physical space is accessible, we have investigated the accessibility options of multiple virtual event platforms before selecting our supplier, we have used neuroinclusive event guidance and consulted with the neurodivergent community.
In addition to physical accessibility features, we will have a designated ND Zone equipped with resources to provide a calm and comfortable space for anyone who needs it. We’ve also made sure to allow ample time for breaks during the conference program and provided different ways to engage to suit different learning and socialisation styles.
You will also have the opportunity to tell us about any specific accomodation needs you may have when you purchase your tickets. We are always learning and improving our approach to inclusion, so please do get in touch via conference@neurodiversityinbusiness.org if you need anything.

A: We have volunteers on hand to assist with support for any necessary accomodation's. We will provide delegates with further information closer to the event.
