Empowerment and leadership in neurodiversity rethinks traditional leadership models. It considers how to amplify and empower neurodivergent voices at every level of the organisation, highlighting the critical role that everyone plays in role modelling neuroinclusion.
Looking beyond the label
Looking beyond the label celebrates individuality of neurodivergent people as a means of understanding how to provide better support in the workplace. It highlights the importance of recognising that every neurodivergent individual is a unique culmination of their lived experiences and that no two are the same.

We are proud that our 2024 Conference was a welcoming and comfortable space for both neurodivergent and neurotypical attendees, and we’re building on that foundation for the 2025 Conference. We will be offering even more neurodivergent-friendly spaces, additional workshops, and greater opportunities for collaboration, sharing best practices, and networking. Our virtual space will mirror these offerings, ensuring accessibility for every attendee and providing a wide range of workshops tailored to neurodivergent needs."
