Empowerment and leadership in neurodiversity rethinks traditional leadership models. It considers how to amplify and empower neurodivergent voices at every level of the organisation, highlighting the critical role that everyone plays in role modelling neuroinclusion.
Looking beyond the label
Looking beyond the label celebrates individuality of neurodivergent people as a means of understanding how to provide better support in the workplace. It highlights the importance of recognising that every neurodivergent individual is a unique culmination of their lived experiences and that no two are the same.
