Q: How can I stay informed about conference updates and announcements?
A: We will communicate with attendees via Email, and provide updates to delegates leading up to the conference date, you can also follow our social media accounts and website, on the day of the conference delegates will use the conference app to keep up to date

Q. How is the conference ensuring an inclusive and accessible environment?
A. We are prioritising the needs of our community, with a focus on both physical and virtual accessibility.
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment. We have consulted with our venue to make sure our physical space is accessible, we have investigated the accessibility options of multiple virtual event platforms before selecting our supplier, we have used neuroinclusive event guidance and consulted with the neurodivergent community.
In addition to physical accessibility features, we will have a designated ND Zone equipped with resources to provide a calm and comfortable space for anyone who needs it. We’ve also made sure to allow ample time for breaks during the conference program and provided different ways to engage to suit different learning and socialisation styles.
You will also have the opportunity to tell us about any specific accomodation needs you may have when you purchase your tickets. We are always learning and improving our approach to inclusion, so please do get in touch via conference@neurodiversityinbusiness.org if you need anything.
Q: What provisions are in place for individuals who may need additional support during the conference?
A: We have volunteers on hand to assist with support for any necessary accomodation's. We will provide delegates with further information closer to the event.

A: The tech platform provides a robust virtual experience, including live streaming of sessions, interactive Q&A, virtual networking opportunities, and access to on-demand content. Virtual attendees can fully engage with the conference from anywhere in the world.

A: Whilst we encourage you to choose your preferred mode of attendance during registration, we understand that plans may change.
